Getting pain on the top of the head on right side, no vomiting no nausea no dizziness, pain is sharp and lasting for long, become normal on its own and coming back. Please suggest No other medical conditions

First my ESR was 39 on 18th April after today report ESR is 59 what it indicates? My feet and hand there is skin burning feeling anxiety weakness but no fever ?

Whenever I feel like I'm falling asleep, I feel like my body starts vibrating lightly. When I wake up or move a little it goes away. It happens once or twice a week intermittently. I do not face such issue when I'm awake. No other symptoms when this happens only feel like these internal vibrations. I do have some anxiety issues, when I am stressed a lot I've noticed it happens on that night. Pls suggest

I have been facing dizziness( feeling of unsteady, imbalanced while walking or sitting) for last 3-4 months. I have done my medical tests like BP, CT Brain Plain scan. Both are normal. Its very disturbing to me. Please help me in this regard.

Hello doctor, I have cramps below the stomach followed by a visit to the toilet with loose motions that mostly happens during evening Also suffering from loss of appetite and bloating and not getting freshed properly in the morning plus the stools are mushy and are not or proper size.
