High BP at age 28
Hello doctors, I am approx 28 years old and I am obese. I am working towards losing weight. But meanwhile I found out that I have high BP(150/105) issues. Should I start taking prescribed medicine for it? Is there a way to bring it down naturally?

This BP is high but it's difficult to comment on 1 reading Start monitoring your BP if it's constantly high you will need to start Antihypertensive Get your Cbc /lft/kft/lipid profile/ecg / 2 echo/thyroid profile and Hba1c Consult a physician Go for walk exercise and yoga

You should be on DASH diet and do regular exercise (first start with cardio only like running, rope skipping, treadmill,fast walking;then little bit of weight exercises)....You need to do some basic tests too...For more pls consult me and book your slot on practo.... Thanks 👍🙂

Reduce salt intake , reduce weight ....measure bp again on 2-3 occasion .If it's still higher than 150 ...then consult online for medication
