Hello, I am feeling a pressure type mild headache throughout the day, Sometimes I feel relaxed also. I feel sometimes at the top of my head sometimes both sides sometimes the front area. While driving I feel more pressure at both side pressure but while sitting in the vehicle I don't feel. It's been 20 days . My BP is 130/90 . I reduced my screen time to 1 hour which was earlier 6-8 hours per day from the last 7 days. I am sleeping enough. I have some stress & anxiety issues also. That's why I am taking the Nexito Plus tablet at bedtime which was prescribed by a doctor a year ago. Should I worry about my headache? Please help

Feeling heaviness in right lower abdomen, but pain felt. This is happening to me from the last 6 months. Undergone endoscopy & USG reports are normal. With this issues i am having problem of excessive gas passage problem and feeling some sensation of something passing in the lower abdomen. Sometime my stool are loose and sometime normal, but mostly loose stool. When gas passes i feel relaxed, then again diacomfortness. My appetite have not been affects by this symptoms. Except the above issues,i do not face any other problem.

I had low vitamin D. So my doctor prescribed lumia 60k tablet once per week and asked come after 1 month. Now 1 month over the doctor is not available.. So what should be the next dose or other medication to proceed further, I am attaching blood test report before prescription of tablet
