For the past few months, no matter at what time i sleep, say 10 or 10.30 or even 12 am, I always seem to wake up between 2 and 3 am with some restlessness, no specific anxiety, or pain or any other discomfort. After that I'm unable to sleep and I feel very tired, short of breath with no energy. Why does this happen? How to correct it? I normally have a regular sleep cycle but this disruption is causing all other discomfort.
