I work throughout the day and feel tired at night, so I fall asleep quickly. However, I wake up after 3-4 hours of sleep with racing thoughts and then have difficulty falling asleep again. It usually takes me 1-1.5 hours to fall back asleep. Because of this, I don't get good quality sleep and feel very tired and restless the next morning. This has been happening for quite some time now. What could be causing this, and how can I improve my sleep?
