Redness rashes on upper hands and arms

Hello sir since 1 month this coming and going when I use tablets it's reducing later again it's increasing redness in hands and beside underarms soft hand area pls advice what is this
What to do to fast cure am worrying my age 32

Bilaford m and itromed 100 tablets am taking daily 1-1
