BP? concern
71 yrs female, BP remains in 140 to 145 systolic and 85 to 90 diastolic.
(At times it is in 135/77 range and rarely reaches sys 150 and dia 90)
Sometime systolic is in 145 with normal diastolic. Sometime systolic is normal with diastolic of 90.
After taking BP medicine carvedilol (betablocker) 3.125 mg twice a day, BP comes to 120s to 130s/70s.
Echo ECG normal.
NTprobnp 418.
D-dimer 800.
Takes thyroid, diabetes, and nutritional meds.
Had covid in 2021 and now has early liver cirrhosis.
Asymptomatic.
*Is it okay to hv bp in this range before meds?
*Any underlying issue when only systolic is high or only diastolic high
*Dose adjustment or any other test or med required for BP?

Abnormal Blood Reports
I recently did my routine checkup and some values in the cbc report are out of the range. Differential lymphocyte count is high 42.8 (max 40 is the range). I have elevated RDW-CV, PDW-CV and MCHC.
I sometimes have general headaches at the back of my skull.
I am attaching the full report as well.
Kindly suggest, is there anything seriously wrong in the cbc report?

Is it Rabies Exposure ?
A street dog had placed a ball in its mouth.
One month (30 Days) later, I touched and played with the same ball.
Without washing my hands afterward, I consumed food (oral ingestion).
My questions are as follows:
a) Is rabies vaccination required in this case?
b) For how long and maximum can the rabies virus survive on surfaces?
c) Can rabies be transmitted through oral ingestion, such as eating contaminated food?
d) What is the appropriate response if a dog licks intact (unbroken) skin?
e) Should indirect exposure scenarios like this be considered a rabies risk?
f) Is it possible to contract rabies from environmental sources—for example, by touching a contaminated object and then eating without washing hands?
