I am 34 yrs old active man, playing badminton and Gym on daily basis. Yesterday I did my routine blood test and report was - sugar random - 47 ( I gave sample after 6 hrs of breakfast) bilirubin total - 1.44, Bilirubin D- 0.2, trygleceride - 242 , SGOT- 62, SGPT-97, creat-0.78, BUN, -17, HDL-36, LDL-92, total cholesterol -146, Hb-16, platelets -1.50. I am a active person having beer occasionally, currently I am feeling low and bloating is lao there. Rest all okay. Plz let me the things to do. These symptoms are on and off since last 6-7 yrs. I have sore throat also. Also I had given complete sample after 5-6 hrs of fasting)

Please suggest good supplement and dose for vitamin b12 deficient ...test value is 160. Please suggest.

Hello docs..I just want to understand the problem I'm going through.I can't eat properly, I feel gastric & acidic issues in my body or u can say inflammation in lower, upper areas .. although motions are fine . the pain gets worse when i try to sleep or lay down on bed (whether straight or on sides). though I used to had sedentary lifestyle earlier, however I have changed it and take small walks after small meals..my appetite is decreased due to pain. the pain is either burning or something pinching I'm my body specially stomach..had multiple appointments with gastro. I'm amazed nobody is actually can figure out my issue. faced this issue two yrs back and reduced so much weight but after I had my normal delivery, my problem got vanished and started living normal life but now after a year it came back suddenly on its own from nowhere. and no medicine, home remedies or exercise are giving me permanent relief . every thing is temporary.the point is that what is this pain can b related to?

Hi all.this is in view of an issue am facing since last 15 days.Iam doing all my household work and everything but at night while going to sleep I hear as if someone is talking to me and talking all kind of nonsense.this all started after I saw a video of one person on you tube advising too much on nerve issue.I do not have any nerve problem nor am I interested in such information.

I went to a sanctuary of cows and i fed a cow and it licked my hand a little. There were many other people as well. After some time I drank a little water with the same hand but my hand was dry till then. Is there any chance of getting any kind of infection?

I have pain in my shoulder blades and I am done tmt,ecg ,2d echo and blood tests. All tests are normal. So what is the reason for this pain.

I take 4 dose vaccine id last dose was 28 aug 2025 then for re exposure i take 0 and 3[27th oct 2025) but today the nurse is unprofessional and the bubble is not formed and give me injection below the deltoid region should i restart the vaccine or take remaining day 7 and day 28 .

Dull intermittent pain on both sides of navel , just below ribs cages , I can press & feel the pain , its kind of tingling sensation & some discomfort , I can't discribe exactly . it could be bone also , after eating its getting worse , some times feel better moving here & there , plz help me with this .
