On October 20, 2025, I accidentally stepped on a dog, but I was unsure if the dog's nail had scratched me, although I didn't see any injury marks. The next day, I went to the hospital and saw a doctor. The doctor checked briefly and said that no vaccination was necessary for this. One day passed, but I was very worried about the matter, so I went again on the night of the 23rd October. This time, the doctor present did not even ask to see any wound and simply said, 'Get the vaccine,' and advised me to take a Tetanus shot and a four-doses. Therefore, my vaccination process started on October 23rd. I want to know: Will the vaccine still be effective even if it was started slightly later than the 72-hour mark? And another thing I want to know that if there is any side effect for taking the vaccine in this situation ? (Previously, I had taken a full four-dose course for a dog scratch in July 2023, and then two booster doses for a cat scratch in September 2023.)

Hi dr .. Feel dizzy when bend down n get up .. I tried with hydration and also happens after eating.. blood test cbc, hemoglobin are normal.. head movements feel dizzy.. but bend down n get up or sitting n getting up feels more dizzy.. it's from 1 year but not this much slowly slowly increased now .. going through anxiety also .. from 2 months sound irritating.. always feel sad.. but when dizziness's happens feel more anxious.. What is this why it's happening.. n how to cure? Help me.. Dr all the day I feel weak legs pain if I stand long time.. sudden hunger.. feel like I fell down.. when I poop feel weak n sudden hunger like falling down.. cbc hemoglobin are normal.. And also anxious if any health issues comes.. What shall I do dr? Why it is happening.. help me.. have kid responsibility Answer my both queries

Plz can u tell me what are these tablets how and when should i take it? Its Dyzene, PPI and gas tablet i think. Prescription attached

Hello I'm hospitalised for 2 days for low platelet count and body ache chills ,fever, now discharged and I have again noticing body aches ,diarrhoea,head ache ,

IgE level-866.70 Iu/ml Suffering from itching over entire body,sweating for 1-2 minutes and body become inflammed like internally heated. This symptoms last for 1-2 minutes ,occurs for 2-3 times a day and again back to normal state. Doctor prescribed hydroxyzine ,fexofenadime and monteleaukast tablet. Issue is even after taking medicine for 1 week ,symptom is not reducing. Kindly refer blood allergy test report also, it has food,drugs,inhalants etc allergens stating different type of allergy sources. Exepecting solution in revert and time duration of recovery

Doctor, yesterday evening I suddenly felt pain in my left shoulder while moving my hand. The pain has continued till now. It only hurts when I move my hand not when I’m at rest. For example, when I change gears in the car or move my hand in certain directions, it hurts. Otherwise, there’s no pain, but I feel a slight heaviness in that area. Even after waking up this morning, it hasn’t gone away. Now, I also feel a slight pain in my right side when I move my hand.

I have lymph node TB of the lungs. That got treated my CT scan is normal now. Treatment ended in 2024 sept. On ATT and Even after ATT I have this irritating dry cough sometimes off sometimes on. Does not seem allergic to me also I never had allergies in life before. It only happened after TB started. There is no other symptom than this. What is it? I tried taking 15 days foracort inhaler seems to improve but does not permanently get okay. PFT is normal. No lung damage.

Taking Amoxyclav 625 for throat pain and cough with mucus but got stomach upset due to this. Plz suggest.

24 years old male. Recently did cbc. Please tell me if this reports are normal? There are some abnormal readings.
