I recently got blood test and my ferritin levels are 25.40ng/ml. I feel tired and sleep deprived.should I start with iron supplementation.

This jock itch problem is irritating me a lot. Tried using luliconazole 1% cream but not showing better effects. Can you please suggest me any other creams. Also I wash my private region with soap is it okay or should I use anything else?

From the last 4-5 days when I'm coughing it pains me on the right side of the chest it happens only during coughing and when I lay down straight or on the right side. At times it doesn't even hurt during coughing as well but at times it's there. I'm worried and seeking guidance.

I have persistent jaw pain sometimes at night for several hours. I had some cocktail today and it came back. It happens in my left jaw and happens in other areas of face as well. My ecg, echo and tmt were normal as I went to a cardiologist the first time I had it.

I've been experiencing muscle spasms much more frequently lately. They used to occur about once every three months, but now it's happening almost weekly. What's more, they're no longer confined to my legs; they've spread to my upper body.
