Had severe cough cold since 25 Sept,  azee 500 and montec lc taken 1 course but it keeps recurring even now. Have travelled from blr to delhi on Oct 5and had it in delhi again along with the kids and spouse in delhi. It has recivered to some extent by the time i travelled to Patna on Oct 22 bit it has increased again. Please advise if i should take abother dose of antibiotic or change to some other antibiotic like taximo o

I have constipation problem...stool is regular but front part is very hard followed by soft stool...dont know what's the wrong with me..sugar thyroid usg all report is ok.. Daily taking 4-5 lit water high fiber diet still same problem everyday... I am taking kayam/zandu nityam tablet everyday after breakfast and sometimes stool getting soft in evening so can i use this tablet daily for long time???will it cause any dangerous hazards for health??pls tell me

Hello, I have been getting fever every single day from the beginning of October but only and only afternoon, fever stays till I go to sleep and in morning it's normal, the fever is always around 99.5. I don't have any symptoms whatsoever apart from restlessness and pain in legs and arms while at rest, no cough nothing, all tests have been fine( from urine routine to blood panel) which have done a couple of times in the past 20 days. I got an ASD device fitted in feb through a catheter, can the fever be related to it, (if yes) could the blood tests show that ? Another symptom is that when I get fever, my face and ears feel like they are burning up. I have not been able to find out the real reason as to why this happening, making me worry a lot about it, any help would be really appreciated.

My father, (79 yrs), has been experiencing a persistent “block” or “jam” feeling between his upper abdomen and lower chest, mostly after lunch and an afternoon nap. The discomfort is not associated with chest pain, sweating, or fatigue, and it gradually subsides with time or distraction.His cardiac and respiratory evaluations — ECG, 2D Echo (EF 58%, no RWMA), Chest X-ray, BNP — are all normal. Endoscopy showed gastric erythema and erosions, RUT negative. Over the past two months, he has tried several gastric and motility medicines:Voltapraz 20, Razo-L, Omez DSR Sucral-O, Mucaine Gel Acogut (Lupin), Itovyom Bloatpill Ganaton (Itopride). Despite these treatments and lifestyle changes (light diet, sitting upright for 2–3 hrs post-lunch), the “block/jam” feeling continues to appear almost daily after meals.Kindly advise whether this could be due to reflux-related diaphragm pressure or something else ? Since past 4 days I have this burning sensation in my mouth, the tip of my tongue is completely red and inflamed and feels like it got burned even though nothing like that happened. My gums are red and hurts a lot and today I noticed multiple canker sores forming and my mouth always feels dry no matter how much water I drink. And it is so painful just drinking water is causing so much of pain as it stings the tongue and every food tastes spicy. What should I do to treat this asap please help me.

Yesterday I did my routine blood test and report was - sugar random - 47 ( I gave sample after 6 hrs of breakfast) bilirubin total - 1.44, Bilirubin D- 0.2, trygleceride - 242 , SGOT- 62, SGPT-97, creat-0.78, BUN, -17, HDL-36, LDL-92, total cholesterol -146, Hb-16, platelets -1.50. I am a active person having beer occasionally, currently I am feeling low and bloating is lao there. Rest all okay. Plz let me the things to do. These symptoms are on and off since last 6-7 yrs. I have sore throat also. Also I had given complete sample after 5-6 hrs of fasting)
