I had done blood test full body check some 4 to 5 months back and it showed vit b12 at 124 when the range was 222-1439 Doctor suggested taking b12 supplement I took some tablets but was not regular but can you suggest which one should I take as forgot the name of medicine

My father was suffering from blood in stool last week for 2-3 days and due to this his Haemoglobin level is reduced,  feelings extreme weakness, shortness of breath while doing day to day activities and his skin and nails look pale. After consulting dr he is taking iron and folic acid supplements along with his regular medication as he has stent in his heart.( Ecosprin is stopped by his dr for sometime).But even after dietary modification and oral supplements his symptoms are not improving.I am attaching his report. Please suggest what can be done as he is becoming very week.

Hi doctor, I have taken 15 bandy plus tablets and many antibiotics in 3 months, I am having extreme weakness and anxiety, and diarrhea sometimes I have taken probiotics too but still have weakness and anxiety how many days do this side effects takes to solve and what I do now please help

PLATELET COUNT: 150 (150-410) MPV 13.3 ( 6.5-12) PDW 21.3 (9.6-15.2) PLCR 52.2 (19.7-42.4) PCT 0.15 (0.19-0.39) RDW CV 14.5 (11.64-14) HB 14.9 (13.0-17.0) His VIT D is 19.1 and VIT B-12 is 280 which are maybe on the lower side. What needs to be done now? I am very scared.

Cotton is getting struck deep in belly button. Though maintain hygiene. Tried washing with mild soap, but Cotton is still there. No sign of infection, but in past had infection. Please suggest how I can remove the cotton from belly button. Can hydrogen peroxide be used or any natural way to clean cotton and dirt. Please suggest
