Hello my doctor prescribed me livogen z tablet due to low ferritin and hb level...my hb is 12 and my ferritin is 40..serum iron-80, transferrin saturation -20,TIBC-380 and UIBC-290..shall I take livogen adult tonic instead of livogen z tablet.. because it upset my stomach alot..my friend who suggested this..I want to know m whether the syrup help for stomach upset..

I follow intermittent fasting and my first meal is lunch. Is it ok to take thyronorm in the morning around 7 and have the first meal at 1 pm? I only drink tea or coffee in the morning

I had completed full course of rabies vaccine post exposure 4 dose intradermal from a government hospital on 6th July 2025, then I got booster dose (intradermal 17th and 24th Oct'25) and again I got booster in December 2nd , 15th and 18th ( intramuscular) . A stray dog scratched me on 28th Dec, blood came out. I took another vaccine on 30th December ( intramuscular) do I need another dose? Am I safe?

See today I came running fast in a park and slowed down and something fell in my mouth and I spitted it above me so many bats were flying there was little light and almost became dark I am scared it is bat spitted the food with its saliva or something from bat and I will get rabies and die and I can't focus on studies for 10th final exams coming near.
