For how many months should I take multivitamin seprodyn and vitamin D 3 if i have 170 vitamin b12 and 27 vitamin D Or should I take neurobion alpha d and if yes duration?? Since yesterday i have started taking multivitamin and a course of vitamin D3 for four weeks So please tell me for how many months i have to take multivitamin and vitamin D3 or neurobion alpha d?? Cough for 5 days which changed to back pain and fever and this continued for 10 days after which father got admitted to a hospital.all sorts of scan including pet scan was done which confirmed bilateral pleural,pericardial and ascites all mild in nature with some lymph nodes reactive/inflammatory.also ascitic fluid was tapped which showed no malignancy and genexpert was negative.the physician started TB drugs (abdominal koch 2018) as fever was not settling and continuing for whole day nearly 30days.After start of TB drugs fever subsided a bit and used to come once a day for a week but after one week severe vomit took place and was again admitted and mild jaundice was also diagnosed ,however the lft report are improving with bilrubin total being 2 but albumin and protein levels are not show improvement also severe leg edema and worsening ascites develop 4 which diuretics are being given along  second line TB drugs and severe anaemia develop .had cabg 2024,htn,type -2 diabetes.What is it

Bilirubin direct 0.47.is it too high ? Just wanted to know if this is serious. What should be done about it.
