I am on telma 40 mg and my BP has been well controlled, but I don't know why BP is constantly at 145/90 since the past 3 days. I don't have any stress, in fact, I just started on medicine for OCD - SSRI and multivitamins No matter how many times I checked, it is always 140/90 .. I am worried about this spike- what can I do to bring down to my normal baseline level, which is 120/80

I'm 29, unmarried. I have sever hairfall and also observed brown /light bleeding in menstruation. I have doneTSH, T1BC and ferrtin tests. TSH is in normal where as my %saturation is only 9%. Can you suggest me if this is the cause of hairfall or I need to take any tests? Could you please recommend any supplements or tests needed?? Should I get the gyncic consultation as wellz

For the past two months, my father 79 has been taking different medicines to get relief from a “block” or “jam” feeling between his upper abdomen and chest. The medicines he has tried are: 1. Itovyom/Ganaton 2. Bloatpill 3. Voltapraz 20 4. Omez DSR 5. Sucral O 6. Razo L 7. Acogut ( Lupin) However, none of these have really helped him. His endoscopy report mentions “gastric erythema and erosion,” but nothing about a hiatal hernia. His ECHO heart test and BNP test are normal. Could this still be a case of a small hiatal hernia? Should we go for a Barium Swallow Test to check for it, since the endoscopy didn’t mention it? I’m attaching a picture marked with a red line to show the exact area where my father feels this block/jam sensation — between his upper abdomen and lower chest. Please advise.
