For other symptoms, takeaway azithromycin 500mg one daily for 5 days.
Tab sinarest one every 8hours for 5 days.
Tab omnacortil 20mg one daily for 3 days.
Grilinctus dx cough syp 5m.l. every 8 hours .
Do hot saline gargles ,steam inhalation with karvol capsule, 2 to 3 times daily.
