My cat scratched me and there was a puncture mark along with tinge of blood. She is completely indoors and is vaccinated. I got my tetanus booster two years back so I need to get another shot?

While the risk of Rabies is negligible for a fully vaccinated, indoor cat, a puncture wound that draws blood always warrants a review of Tetanus and 'Cat Scratch Disease' (Bartonella) protocols. For a healthy 27-year-old, a Tetanus booster received two years ago provides adequate protection, but the wound must be monitored for signs of localized cellulitis or lymphadenopathy."
