Hi doctors, Since yesterday I am feeling something is not right with my stomach... When I am eating, my stomach hurts and urges to go for motions... I feel like gud gud... and gas pains...!!! Currently I am taking Pan D morning and evening... And sucrafil o gel 3times 10ml... Today only I started these medicines...!!! When will I get relief or do I need to change the medicines ?

Few weeks ago a pimple seems to have popped open a cm near anus. There is no pain or blood/pus in stool or any other symptoms, so it doesnt seem to be an emergency. but after a couple of weeks i notice pus discharge from the wound opening in the last 4 days, like a drop or so. The wound area was bit white, initially but it is fading to the color of skin. The wound feels like a small hole. Applying betadine on it last few days and washing with warm water. What can i do

I seen on tissue paper that some red tissue dot types coming with stool when I checked on tissue paper past history piles and I feel pain in rectal when defecating and I also strain more no family history of cancer but im worrying about rectal or colon cancer at age 22 with genetic history had piles I daily go to bowel movement 2 times a day on same time have vegetables and non veg together for balance is this cancer?? Coz I can see some tissue dots in stool also have lower right side of abdomen and I gone to gym have eshopagistis and acidity is this piles or fissure or cancers

My husband has mediastinal lymph node tb. After 9 months of medicine in 31st January 2023 we did CECT it was normal much decrease in size report is attached. He is going daily office day to day work. One thing is he sometimes cough occasionally. My question is is there any need to do follow up examination of his chest ? If yes doctor, then how often should we do it? As it was done 3months ago. Is tb make his lungs weak ? Is this make any probability of cancer in late future? As he occasionally cough, nd it is happening since the beginning previously it was too much now occasional,I remain bit worried everytime. he is a non smoker and non alcoholic. He doesn't smoke a single time.
