Why my upper lips frequent becoming black and dry in middle part of upper lip,it's been 2nd time I am facing this issue again in this year?

Does constipation cause acidity? Also, does constipation cause acid reflux? Can anyone explain how constipation causes acidity and acid reflux?

Hello Doctor, My Routine Blood Reports came and CRP is normal 2.4 (normal is under 5) but my ESR is high 30 (normal is under 10) . Not sure how one can be normal and other is abnormal.
