My mother's Eosinophils is 24 ( 1 - 6 %). Absolute count Eosinophil is : 1.990 × 10^3 Normal range = ( 0.002 - 0.5 * 10^3). Other WBC, RBC, Platelets are okay. Hight Eosinophils indicates any serious condition??

My wife has been bitten by a Dog on 20 th Feb 2023 and she has completed her 5 dose ARV course of vaccination on, The last Dose of ARV was on 21 St March 2023, now she was bitten by Dog on 17 th May again, so she has taken one more shot of vaccine, Should we go for another shot as Booster or is it enough becuz we don't know the protocol and vaccine efficiency?
