Hello doctor I am having chest pain in middle when I am pressing it is paining more what could be the reason for this

Sir/ma'am I have been observing from past 20-25 days that I have more urge to drink water after 10pm which is my sleeping time. I have measured that I drink 3-4 litres of water in night and frequent urination is also common. In one time I drink as much as 1 litre of water straight and still after an hour or so I feel thirsty again . I have no other symptoms or any past illness record. Am I suffering from any disease?

Two days back we found out that my mother is diagnosed with ITP diseases due to which she has got bruises all over her body post doctor's recommendation we followed a blood test wherein we got to know her platelets are 3000 due to which we had to hospitalize immediately. Despite having treatment we could see less improvement in platelet count. can anyone suggest what needs to be done to cure this treatment post-discharge and is this disease curable?

Hi doctor, Yesterday (14/7/2023) went to a clinic he injected - 1gm ceftriaxone + dexamethasone 1ml + Diclofenic 2ml. Today i did cbc report and wbc is higher. I did google and it showed dexamethasone increase wbc and same is said by that doc ( not a mbbs doctor just runs a clinic) What to do next pls tell. Is this wbc increased by dexamethasone? Doctor, I completed full course of rabies vaccination 5-6 months ago.Today I don't know if it was bat or something just felt something on my cheeks but no scratches or blood or abrasion of skin .Do I need vaccination again,please reply I'm worried.

I have been facing some tenderness on the buttock cleft, no signs of pilonidal but i feel fluidy under the skin and when I palpate the sacrum cornu, below that I feel a very small cyst like or something. Can ultrasound reveal or ruleout pilonidal cyst/tract/disease? Please guide me.

I'm having a severe headache since last week.And pain in my shoulders and neck. Right shoulder pain travelling to arm with which my wrist and hand hurts and become weak. Is headache a reason of cervical? Sometimes bcs of hand pain I'm not able to hold the things tightly. Is it cervical pain?

My hb is 10.5 and my ferritin(iron) level is 24. I feel extremely tired everytime and unable to do anything. I have purchased feritin xt 100 mg tablets. What is the usage of this tablet. I have to travel next week and neeed immediate results. And I have low metabolism and constipated. Thanks

Hi, I had a hemoglobin level of 14.5 in the year 2018. When checked in 2023, it's 13.1. Age 36 Male. Is this normal?
