My heart rate is jumping to 30 to 40 beats per minute when I am changing position from sitting to standing and then being standing its getting reduced bu the same number automatically after seconds Why this much of fluctuations ?

What does a PPG from oxymeter mean? I have a saturation of 98 and pulse from 70 to 80. But PPG graph keeps on changing like sometimes they are steep (pointed) sometimes normal and sometimes small triangle graph

Dear doctor , many times i checked my BP ,from childhood i have low BP, Most of the time my BP is 100/70 ,not gone more then this , recently i walked to hospital just to check my BP , nurse checked my BP from my right hand an it was 130/80, which was shocking , then i wanted to rest for some time so that i can recheck again , it was 120/80, after coming home i check my BP in my smart watch which showed 102/74...Is hospital BP checking machine was wrong ya my BP is gone up ??? pls tell me ,

For the past few months, no matter at what time i sleep, say 10 or 10.30 or even 12 am, I always seem to wake up between 2 and 3 am with some restlessness, no specific anxiety, or pain or any other discomfort. After that I'm unable to sleep and I feel very tired, short of breath with no energy. Why does this happen? How to correct it? I normally have a regular sleep cycle but this disruption is causing all other discomfort.
