What are the initial symptoms of hiv Hives are symptoms or not I got hives but within 2 days it is clear

I have been having pain in my intergluetal cleft since a month and it seems like the pain is coming from beneath the skin rather than bone. I have taken a picture, i have observed that a line like thing is present there, i have marked the start and end of the line with two red dots. Can you please help me if that is a tract beneath the skin? GP here prescribed naproxene but it's not relieving the pain 100%. I have done the course for 1 week, i use coccyx cushion too. I will be travelling to India most likely to get treatment, meanwhile can you please check the image?

While passing nearby a stray dog I doubt may be dog touched or licked my trouser or not but after reaching home my 1 year old child touched my trouser and also the child keep his hands in mouth. Does this is a risk for rabies infection?
