Weakness after dengue
Hello doctor,I was diagnosed with dengue on 28 th August but as my platelet count was 1.5 lakh so doctors advised me to take rest at home .my fever subsided on 3rd sept.i got my report done on 13 sept and it showed negative for dengue and platelets also increased to 1.90 lakh.But I am facing weakness which is not allowing me to return to my daily life. I often get headaches and bodyache.please guide.When will I fully recover?

First off all you have to add protein in your diet.. Proteins are fundamental body building unit of our body.. Soo have good protein.. Take tab. Zincovit for 10 days. It will surely recover you ..

Maintain hydration and can take paracetamol for aches and pains.take nutrtious food and soon you should be fine
