I feel like only my head and face is heat and eyes are burning daily at afternoon and temperature of head and face is hot

I have been prescribed ivabrad 5 mg for twice a day . But today i was i having cough so i took ascoril syurp after taking it my heartbeat went high . Whether both medicine can be taken together or not?

I am taking methylphenidate can you please Suggest me? How many days should I take continuously? And how should I give gap/holiday How should I give holiday? My doctor don't tell about it He just finishes fastly

Feeling pain on my left shoulder joint. I have started exercise almost after a year. But since couple of week ago I feel pain on my left shoulder joint. Though I haven't feel that pain all the time but when I move my hand / pull up my hand, I feel that pain. At the beginning it feels very mild. But now it increases. Can you please give me some suggestions what to do or what not to do?

On 27 June I got my blood test and in it rbc is 6.1, whereas normal range is 4.5 to 5.5 Is this a sign of concern

I'm adviced to take 0.5mg Clonotril for anxiety once every night for 4 weeks. However, I drank about 20ml of wine without realising during lunch today. Can I take my tonight's dose of Clonotril safely 8 hours after wine consumption? Please let me know. Thank you.

I am having middle back stiffness and also tingling sensation on left side of the leg. On thigh and feet. The mid back doesn't hurt, but it becomes stiff and also the pain is more luck extreme discomfort but not ache/pain. Please help.

My cousin was vaccinated with 5 doses anti rabies vaccine in 2021. He got scratched by a dog in March 2023, so took 2 boosters (0 &3). Now, he had been bitten by monkey on terrace on June 24. He took one booster on 27/06/23, but because of heavy rainfalls, he could go and get his second booster ARV on 03/07/23 i.e. on day 6 instead of prescribed day 3. So, treated second booster ARV dose as Day 0 dose and again took a third booster ARV dose on 06/07/23 as Day 3. Will these boosters be enough or he needs more doses of ARV? Also, while bringing Vaccine during daytime from shop to doctor's clinic in pocket, will the sunshine falling on vaccine pack for 10-15 minutes during that time destroy or make vaccine ineffective? Please advise.

Hi doctor, I am alcoholic ,I have done my full body test today,I got my result showing grade 2 fatty liver ,and my cholesterol levels increased, HDL CHOLESTEROL - 28.0 TRIGLYCERIDES -174 CHO / HDL RATIO - 6 TGL/HDL Ratio - 6.2 BILIRUBIN TOTAL-1.37 BILIRUBIN DIRECT-0.57 Aspartate aminotransferase(AST/SGOT) -32.0 Alanine aminotransferase(ALT/SGPT) -49 LFT test details: LIVER: Is normal in size, measures 14.3 cms and shows increased echogenicity. No obvious focal lesion seen. No intra – Hepatic billiary radical dilatation seen. IMPRESSION: Grade II fatty infiltration of the liver. Is this levels very dangerous !? What's the further treatment required for this? Please advise me,I am worried about that.
