My mouth ulcer is not healing it's been 5 days and there is no difference.I have applied dolo gel , ornigreat gel. I am taking flora BC- niacinamide,folic acid tablets but I see no difference. Please suggest any antibiotics for fast healing.

Past few months i am observing that if i skip my breakfast or lunch or have not had anything for a long time I get severe headache which lasts for the whole day. This headache persists even if i take a single step it gives an unusual feeling in the head. After eating it does not disappear and stays for the whole day. Is this a symptom of migraine or is it because of gas which can happen if i stay hungry for a long time?

Hello I'm 23 M , 173 cm and 63 kg I have seen some changes in my stool consistency for past 4 months so started taking fibers from then onwards and  I saw a good difference in my stool but before 1 week I saw blood only stool dark purple (beet root ) colour on the surface after that week I had severe constipation but no blood now I visited gastro and he performed proctoscopy to find whether I have hemorrhoids but it was normal I fear that it could be from the tumour or cancer polyps .is it possible to develop a cancer at this age ?? I did blood count test everything came back normal ... Can do mri pelvic to know more about this ??
