Hi doctor, I am alcoholic ,I have done my full body test today,I got my result showing grade 2 fatty liver ,and my cholesterol levels increased, HDL CHOLESTEROL - 28.0 TRIGLYCERIDES -174 CHO / HDL RATIO - 6 TGL/HDL Ratio - 6.2 BILIRUBIN TOTAL-1.37 BILIRUBIN DIRECT-0.57 Aspartate aminotransferase(AST/SGOT) -32.0 Alanine aminotransferase(ALT/SGPT) -49 LFT test details: LIVER: Is normal in size, measures 14.3 cms and shows increased echogenicity. No obvious focal lesion seen. No intra – Hepatic billiary radical dilatation seen. IMPRESSION: Grade II fatty infiltration of the liver. Is this levels very dangerous !? What's the further treatment required for this? Please advise me,I am worried about that.

Whenever i wake up i feel like vomiting but i dont vomit. I also feel palpitations. But if i talk to someone i feel better my palpitations go but when i stop talking i again feel the same palpitations and same urge to vomit. It always occurs in morning.

I had c sec delivery last nov , I was 73 one two day after delivery now after almost 7 n half months I am 58 kgs, is this weight loss too fast?I am breastfeeding my baby I was exercising for 20 mins ,12 hrs intermittent fasting, should I stop intermittent fasting? Will my weight keep on decreasing like this??

My boyfriend who is now 23 had mild hydronephrosis as a child( L more than R) with reflux. He never had any problems growing up. We did a kidney function test and urine test which came back fine. I want to know if his childhood problem would cause any problem in his future? I am scared.

From the past few years i was suffering from digestive problems like gas trouble, abdomen heaviness and burping. Took lots of PPI and other medicine for the issue but all gave me a little improvement. Then i have consulted a gasterentetologist, he have directed me to have endoscopy where it was found i was suffering from mild gastritis. He has given me one PPI capsule for 30 days and one medicine named nexito-5mg for 30 days. I have taking these medicine from the last 25 days and i have seen a good improvment in my condition but at the same time i am also feeling an increase in anxiety and unusual negative thoughts. Though i feeling better but this anxiety and negative thoughts are affecting me a bit. Does it will resolve its own or i have to take another medicine for this issue.

I have taken my last (4th ) dose of rabbies vaccination 24 days ago ... I again scratched by rabid dog...should I take booster ... Plzzz guide

My mother age is 52 years old, she does not have any bp or sugar problem. From yesterday evening she is having a mild pain in left lower back, we used heat packs for the pain, she felt relief then again she felt the pain at night then again we used heat pack. Now there is no pain. Is this pain are related to age problem or muscle strain problem?. Or any other problem.

I have been having GERD and Acidity since last year. But the pain in always in my left breast and in the corresponding point in my back, sometimes spreading to my underarms and left arms. I'm super tired, I feel dizzy, I can't exercise for long (walking is fine). The pain in my breast feels like a combination of pricking, stabbing, itching, muscle cramp and burning. My calf muscles and arms feel energy drained. I'm also short of breath even when I'm not exerting myself and always in a bad mood, with zero motivation and lots of anxiety. I was asked to go to a cardiologist who said that I had pericarditis and was prescribed medicines for it, I got better in terms of only that, but the pain remains. I have Vit B12 and D deficiency, 101.8 LDL Cholesterol. All other reports are normal. I'm skinny, with PCOS and no thyroid. What is happening to me? I've tried different medicines nothing works!

Hi. I have been facing intermittent bouts of headache associated with dizziness and nausea for the past 3-4 days. The headache starts from the back of the head and gradually spreads to the rest of the cranium. It is a throbbing headache which feels better if someone massages my head. At times it goes away after massages, but 2 days ago as well as last night I had to take saridon (which creates temporary skin eruptions on my upper body) as it wasn't going. When the headache sets in it becomes difficult to look at any kind of bright lights, specially those from the TV/mobile/laptop. My screentime is high and I wear spectacles with this prescription: SPH: 0(right) +0.75 (left), CYL: +0.25 (right) -1.00(left), Axis(0-180): 180 (right) 70 (left), PD: 30(right), 31(left). This seems to have changed in 4 months time to: SPH:+0.25(left) +0.25(right), CYL: -0.25(left) -0.75(right), Axis(0-180): 90(left) 60 (right), PD: 31(left) 31(right). Can you please tell me what to do?🙏any medicines?

Four months ago I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism . Three months before my TSH was 12.06. After taking 75 MCG eltroxin as per doctor for 3 months . I did yoga and took Brazil nuts daily. Now my TSH four weeks before is 1.6 . Later he told to continue the dosage as it is..But last two weeks I am unable to sleep more than  maximum 4 hours at night. Finding very difficult to get into deep sleep. Pls suggest. Do I have to reduce the eltroxin dosage?
