Increased esr
My esr is 55 mm in first hour ... last month it was 45 ...I have no symptoms except mild headaches but last month mri brain was normal..currently having no major symptoms but still esr not decreasing...what should I do

See esr is non specific marker of inflammation.. Soo any infection or little metabolic change leads to esr value fluctuations.. Soo dnt worry abt that.
