My ultrasound revealed that both my kidney have hydronephrosis. Can hydronephrosis in kidney create pressure in the suprapubic region on the right side while sitting?

Respected Dr., I am suffering from dirrhea that contains blood and is dark colored, plus having fever that is continous from 1 week and feels fatigue and in night my legs and hands pains a lot and when sitting for a long time when i stand up i feel dizziness. Please tell me what to do ? Why is it happening?

Hello doctor,  I got pain on right side of my head, Neck, right upper back and shoulder. I got neck x ray done it showed neck straightening due to muscle spasm. What should I do. Is it something else too I should get checked for. Thank-you.

Doctor i took complete 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 Last 4th Dose was taken on 28th February 2023 and again i took 3 intramuscular Rabies Vaccine  intramuscular Rabies Day 0 7  Last 2ndbdose was taken on 2nd May 2023 but today on 21st May A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Deep Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose of Rabies vaccine ?
