Physician told there is Left Atrial hypertrophy in attached ecg. Is this age related? Taking Cilaheart T for hypertension. Taking medicine for hypertension since 10 years. Current BP is 130/95 Now exoeriencing  breathlessness on walking.

You need to get an echo to confirm any chamber enlargement. ECG image is not very clear.Your diastolic blood pressure is high and ,may need dose adjustment . Ideally you should consult with a cardiologist.
