I have attached thyroid report of my mother. She is presently taking 62.5 mcg dose of thyronorm. What dose should she consume now as per the report?

Hi Dr, Since last 3-4 weeks I am having lightheadedness and my body is feeling very weak. I went to hospital for Body checkup in which Vitmain D was at 10 level and ESR was at 25. MRI came normal. Currently I am taking Vitamin D3 60K IU tablet but still I feel weak. I am also taking Stemetil and Betavert OD 48 for dizziness. I am still feeling very weak And little dizzy when I stand up. Is there any medicine that needs to be changed here?

Sir my mother has been suffering from this pain from last 4 years and it is very less in begging but now it increased very much she can't able to sleep when the pain rise.We have consulted doctor and took tests like CT scan endoscopy & blood test also but there showing nothing. the pain is exactly right side and below chest area but she feels heavy when she turns on the right side and painful when she turns into left side.But this has been happening very frequently.Please suggest what i should where to go what type of specialist should I consult.Waiting for the response...
