Low BP and low heart rate
Hi, iam female of 34 years. I have low BP (91/57) and heart rate 55. Can anyone please tell me is everything alright ???

Drink plenty of water Add 1 Tbsp salt + 6 Tbsp sugar in 1 Litre of water and consume it, Provided you don't have diabetes or general swelling in your body.

It's commonly seen that females have lower BP than men.. As ur BP is also quite low.. U can drink enough water, fruit juice if ur not Diabetic., and keep urself hydrated If u have any symptoms like giddiness,blurring of vision,light head feeling... Lie down straight wit no pillow/lift leg Consult SOS
