I am having severe throat pain with dry cough since 2 days. I am taking augumentin 625 and I am taking tusq syrup. But still throat pain is more. Please let me know what medicine is required

Hi Dr, I am 38, have high BP, around 130/90 taking telvas 20. I have history of pcos and have weight 115 and was always around this weight.. Have been suggested to go for treatment with hormones for ovarian stimulation, is it OK to continue the treatment? Just wanted to update and ask. I developed fever on 7th August, cold, sore throat on 8th August and i went to the doctor, he did my cbc, it was normal, no malaria (report attached). I've been taking dolo 650 thrice a day, nasal decongestant and doing gargles for my throat. My fever was fluctuating between 100 and 101.5 I took one dolo last night around 8 pm, from 10 pm till the morning , my temperature reduced to 99.6. I had body ache, so today 8 am, I took one more dolo, and i just checked my temperature it's normal now. 98.6. do I still need to take dolo in afternoon or at night? And today's day 5, have i started recovering? To be mentioned, my sore throat is better, and my stuffy nose is a bit better too.

WHO states till 3 months after 5 doses of ARV, no further vaccines required. After 3 months two doses on days 0 & 3. But nothing is ever told as to how long one remains protected after taking the 2 boosters of anti rabies vaccine, whether 1 month, 2 months or same viz. 3 months? I asked the same thing many times but I did not get the answer for this.
