How frequently should the tetanus vaccine be taken, I know that we should take tetanus after every cut but if there are no cuts what should be the frequency

Hello, I am a sarcoidosis patient which was diagnosed in 2019 and I am currently on methotrexate, hcqs and wysolone. So what could be the reason for low count. I have attached the reports for reference.

He has had a consistent low platelet count since 1 year but this time it's lowest..What could be the reason he has had basic tests done to rule out the cause..pls suggest what to do

Since 2019(the year when i got tinnitus, but I don't worry about tinnitus anymore, got habituated) i am facing health anxiety. Like anything happens with me i end up thinking i am having cancer. Then I google stuff and end up crying. I have a postauricular lymph node, and i think i have brain tumour or lymphoma, i get tailbone ache since 1 week, and i think i have chordoma, i end up checking these areas and endup worse. Most likely i have a pilonidal cyst and to check if its nothing else i constantly kept on checking cleft area with finger and the whole area is inflamed and sore. I just want to get rid of this health anxiety. I don't know how. I just want to be normal again. No matter what I do to get rid of it, I end up at square one. Please help me, this is affecting my day to day activities and I cannot focus on things.

I am having some swollen area in right side of the forehead, it disappear in overnight or 9-10 hours, it is sometime like allergic rashes without major itching little bit itching, sometimes like hard bump or swollen area. It normally spreads from one to another if rubbed not more than 3-4 small sized, but specific to the right side of forehead or below lips in rare occasions. Also a mild headache sometime. This situation has occurred 6-7 times to me, in last November December 4-5 time and now in June again 1-2 times. What to do, which doctor to consult, what can be the reason, please suggest.

There is bruise on my thigh from 3 days..it was not paining but now feel little discomfort after wearing pant..i had a hectic office days from last 10 days working 8 hours as sitting job and traveling 200 km daily..may i know why is this bruise and what to do?

I Since morning I am having pain in throat and it hurts more to swallow . Also headache and body pains . There is mild fever if 99.3 . After taking crocin also the temperature us the same though pains are little kess .

Please doctor started having chills, tiredness, sleepiness and after urinating I feel is not completely empty so I was asked to do few test and urine culture please I dont understand the results please help
