From last two days In our area we are getting green water not normal water Is it okay to drink such water?

My friend is having severe pain in his lower back for 2days. He has a sitting job so he have to sit all day. He had muscle spasms since yesterday and due to severe pain he took ugesic 20 for two times but today he is having more pain in his lower back that he is not able to sit and not even able to stand or go to washroom. He had also apply diaclofinac gel and did hot water bath but nit getting relief in the pain. Please suggest what to do now? Any medicines which is helpful for reliving pain so please do let me know.

My dad had recently developed this issue..his middle finger has started becoming hard & painful to fold. The same issue was faced by grandpa as well! Is this heredity issue? What is the cause & natural remedy? Is it something to worry abt? Will exercise do good? Is diet alteration needed?

My serum calcium in kidney function test is normal but I am having abdominal muscle twitching since 5 days and doctor said that is might due to calcium deficiency and advised shelcal 500 mg one tablet per day Can I take that ?

Metpure xl 12.5 and fibrax at night.suffering from heavy gas issues from 2022.manemotry test done report shows high acid. Height 5'1 weight 80. Sugar 90 fasting Pp 117 Hb1ac 5.5 Cholesterol total 128 Hdl 48 Ldl 77 Lipoprotein 18.35mg Creatinine 1.2 surviving with single kidney since 2009. Not eating any milk products red meat,but sweating alot not all time

I have undergone a ct scan recently.And the report is normal.But during the scan ,my head was not put on the ct headfix cradle.Infact my head was put on a pillow.Is it not an issue?

By mistake swallowed fish bone which is not too small. As of now there are no pain. No discomfort in throat. Little discomfort in esophagus(may be Iam thinking too much). What should be my next step? Im worried. Please give your valuable suggestions. Will it be visible in chest xray?
