I took 1 TT injection on 0th day after 1 month 1 TT injection and after 1 month from 2nd dose 1 TT injection...then for how much time I'm protected from tetanus...is any additional dose will require??

Hello, I posted previously regarding possible fear of rabies but I'm not able to access it. I'm sharing my concern again. I got bit by a dog about 40 hours ago above my ankle, single wound ( I have attached the image ). I got vaccinated in Feb-March (Last day 14th March ), I am experiencing flu like symptoms, with highest temp -99.4, I consulted a physician he said that , no further shot are necessary. What should I do ? I have medicinal anxiety, so it is hard for me?.

Two days ago my friend's bowel movement was black. Doctor advices CBC, UGI endoscopy and lft. UGI endoscopy result Is normal. I have shared Lft and cbc report. What is the cause ?
