I am deficient with Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D, how do I cope up with my deficiencies? Apart from the supplements, what lifestyle and dietary changes are recommended?
Also I have dark circles and is it because of the deficiency?

Vitamin B12 is derived mainly from meat ,fish and few daily products.
Eggs , milk and other dairy products and cod liver oil are very rich sources of vitamin d plus exposure to the sunlight in the morning for 30 minutes
Dark circles under the eyes are unlikely due to vitamin d and B12 deficiencies.
