Vitamin B12 is derived mainly from meat ,fish and few daily products. Eggs , milk and other dairy products and cod liver oil are very rich sources of vitamin d plus exposure to the sunlight in the morning for 30 minutes Dark circles under the eyes are unlikely due to vitamin d and B12 deficiencies.
