From last 2 days i have this red lump in my groin area, i feel a dull pain whrn i touch it, there is pain anywhere else, i usually trim and shave that area every 1-2 weeks, can it be abscess or hernia?? I'm little worried about it.

It seems you have developed sentinel pile. You should increase intake of fibre and less fatty food in diet. Drink at least 3-4 litres of water daily. No need to touch it. And let me know about your condition after 2 weeks
