Continue with your medicine.erosive gastritis and duodenal ulcer takes about 12 to 15 weeks to heal with PPI.Your diet is fine ,avoid spicy and sour food. There is no problem if you eat non veg food. Make sure you eat on time , sleep well.

It takes a few weeks to recover.stress will only worsen it.meanwhile take soft diet if there is still some pain. Always best to consult your treating physician so a pre and post comparison can be done.
