There is a cut to nail where it has swollen and there is pus. Also much pain. This is since last 3 days. The person is  around 45yrs old woman and is diabetic. I am attaching picture, please suggest.

And take bf oats with milk and fruits in garnishing apple. Pomegranate. Beetroot.carrot .papaya in garnishing  and almonds .rasins and also Taking same fruits in half small bowls Take green tea after sometime and in lunch I take 3 chapati with a boil vegetables only and salad In evening I go for running 30 min and then I go for my zyming exercise I do 1 hours exercise. After coming from exercise I take 2 brown bread and 1 cup boil water with   Chinnamon stick  tea with adding honey and dinner half bowl india gate basmati brown rice with 3 chapati and boil vegetables sometime I check my BP got flacuate so I check my BP it was 130/80 it is normal na can I add beetroot juice everyday it good

I have taken rabies vaccine in 2021 January full 5 dose course then in 2023 Feb maybe due to some exposure I am now scratched again by a stray cat and started my vaccine course again I wanted to ask can I stop taking vaccines as someone has said it is harmful to take so many rabies vaccine as it can cause paralysis and death? Is it true?? Please help

Does soft tissue injury ever fully heal. I got injured 90 days ago.Bone has healed in xray but muscle around that area when pressed still paining.As I can check muscle are just repaired not replaced so can this take year?

Im having my first rabies vaccine on tomorrow. I have read this from the internet saying the vaccine do use innactivated virus in it . How safe is to ensure that ? Is it possible that those inactivated virus becomes Active after entering into our body ?? May be I'm asking this out of my anxiety.... Any chances of contracting rabies through these vaccine ?
