I do not smoke cigarettes but my friends do and sometimes when we go out they smoke around me. As I breathe the smoke and the same air as I am around them. I am scared that it might cause health problems. I am overweight. I have read that passive smoking can can heart and lung problems I am scared that this will affect my health. This doesn't happen everyday but whenever I hang out with all my friends it does happen.

Please suggest me safe medication to induce sleep since past three months I not able to sleep even on days if I fall asleep I tend to wakeup in the middle and then it's hard to fall asleep again

I have reading of BP 96/67 in left hand and after 2 mins reading of 99/79 in right hand. Is this normal.i usually have regular headache and shoulder neck pain. Also my heart rate most of the time over 100 even with small activites and some times being idle. Dull chest ache and shortness of breadth also there. Took ecg and echo but reports are normal. I have diabetes too taking glycomet SR 500 morning and night. Its in control only. Please advice on this.

I got scratched by a cat and started rabies vaccine course. I got my last vaccine rabies course this year 6 months ago only. But doctor said rabies is 100% fatal so take dose again. is it true?? That I should take the full course again?? I don't remember exactly if it was 6 months ago or more to my last vaccine dose of rabies
