Typical pattern of Dengue is that fever subsided after 4 to 5 days, but 6th day in considered as most dangerous, because changes of decrease in platelet count is more on 6th day. Usually recovery starts after 7th day and platelet counts starts improving thereafter. Recovery is usually complete in 10 days.
