Sir one doctor has prescribed cilacar t 10+40 tablet twice but one doctor told not take high strength tablet two time so he prescribed clindinol 10 in morning and in evening cilinidinol tm 10+40 sir is this cilinidinol medicine is generic or branded it is of knoll health care one physician in local told it is generic so my father has stopped it and now taking stamlo t dr ready once a day

My body is paining a bit since a month, especially joints /ankles. My lifestyle is sedendray, whole day sitting job, so no physical moments at all. Even I did not saw/experienced a sunlight since couple of months. Next 4-5 months I will have such busy and sendentray schedule. I read somewhere, that multivitamin tablets can be a partial solution in such situation. Hello sir or mam my father have high bp from 10to 12  years and he is taking bp medicine from. 10 year he was taking telvas ct 12.5/40 and rahmihart 2.5 in night but from 2 year he went to another doctor he prescribed cilacar t 40 twice which he continue 2 year but from this year 2023 he gone to one mbbs physician family he prescribed clindinol 10 in morning and clindinol tm in night 1 to 2 months he take but one day bp measured it was 152/89 it was high so one doctor told to take cilacar t twice only but due to some side effects he one doctor previously prescribed stamlo t and tevas 40 now he is taking it so it is good or not that time only prescribed when cilacar t in Kolkata he visited two doctors

Hi Doctors, From past one week I am feeling pain in my left leg TCL area mainly when I am climbing stairs or when I stand up after sitting.
