Sir/Madam, previously I was taking CTD T 6.25/40 in the morning and Met XL 50 at night for Hypertension. Before 1 months my blood pressure was 115/70- 120/75 with this medicines and Doctor changed the medicine Telsartan 40 mg in the morning and Met XL 50 at night. Now, my current Blood pressure is 135/85, sometimes 142/92 and some times 130/85, What should I do? Do I need to change medicine or previous dosage?

I am having pain on the scalp at the back of my head. There is no redness or bump. I was having tension headache last month for 3 to 4 days. I took tablets and had gone for massage for relief. I observed similar kind of pain on the scalp with bumps after massage that time. But now, bumps are not there and redness is also not there. What can be the reason? Does it have to do anything in the brain? I am worried because I was under lot of stress in the  past 3 to 4 months. Now, stress levels are normal but i am worried if anything happened in the brain because of last 3 to 4 months. I was having eczema on my hands and legs last year. Now, i don't have it.

Hi doctor, I am seeing patter in my loo. First part of stool comes out of anus is normal shape and hard but then remainin part comes like very soft kind which flot as pieces on pot water. Sorry but attaching soft part of loo. Is this normal behviour of motion. I go 2 3 times in day...max....

Hi Doctors, as attached in report in routine master health check up this time i got t3,tsh normal and t4 seems elevated. Just wanted to check is it something i need to worry about or it's normal, so far i don't have specific symptoms thank you.

I got a very minor scratch from cat on 25 April for which I took tetnas within 24 hours and I have also taken one shot of rabies vaccine on 15 th day for safety purpose and the cat is still alive till date ie. 1 June. And is in normal condition which she was before giving a scratch. Should I be worried about rabies then?? Or am I safe.
