I have ibs problem doc give me prothiaden m50  0-0-1 meva c  1-0-1and esmoprazole 40 1-0-1. I am saying. I am ok with esmoprazole 40 1-0-0. Is it ok to take only single dose of esmoprazole 40  morning  dose.

Hello doctor, i was taking painkillers for fracture since 2 weeks and recently i round my blood urea is 79 and creatinine 1.6.After stopping the painkillers for 2 days my blood creatinine became 1.4 but urea is 86. Pls advice me any lifestyle or food changes along with medications to correct this

Taking green tea, too .lunch 3 chapati with boil vegetables salad evening go gyming and running to . After coming, I take cinnamon stick tea with adding honey night. I take little bowl india gate basmati brown rice weight changer with 3 chapati boil vegetables 1 egg amlet and salad, and then I do 25 min brisk walking . I'm so much active now My BP is 120/75 in mercury bp machine is it normal
