Get an ECG done to rule out heart condition.. rest ur just 24 so need not to worry try some lifestyle changes diet less oily fatty spicy, avoid eat late nights, avoid sleeping right after having food, avoid junk food, avoid smoking..exercise a bit. Hopefully symptoms will resolve
