Papaya and than I take green tea lunch time I take 3 roti and boil vegetables and salad  nd evening I go running and after running I do gyming 1 hours and night I take half bowl india gate basmati brown rice with 3 roti and boil vegetables and salad and 1 egg omlet Sir now I have litle bp problem plz tell me for maintaining a healthy bp should I add beetroot juice in my diet daily  and also avacado fruits .for maintaining a healthy bp ...
