These are the images of my CBC and lft reports. My lifestyle is not good and that may be the reason for these things. I have high bilrubin from long time and doctor said it was Gilbert syndrome.I want to correct this .Do I need to do some additional testing to rule out everything.

Hi. My head is always throbbing. I notice it when i lie down on bed. Is this normal? And how can i stop it?

My husband is in the merchant Navy and does sailing frequently. He pukes (bile liquid also sometimes) and feels nausea all the time while sailing. Pls recommend some strong medicines for this, as sailing is something he'll be doing for a long time and can't avoid.

There's a foul taste in the back of my mouth and my stomach is also cramping. I feel it could be due to the heat. I have vomikind, uninzyme and aciloc. What other medicine can be taken for indigestion and Nausea caused due to heat? Preferably a medicine that won't induce sleep because I have to study for an exam.

I've heart palpitations followed with shortness of breath, fast heart rate which has affected my sleep. I’ve lost some muscle mass and weight and wanted to know if the report indicate anything serious. My GP said they are caused due to anxiety related panic attacks and suggested me to consult a psychiatrist and gave me zapiz 0.5 for 10 days which I’ve not yet consumed as I read that sleep meds are habit forming. Any suggestions or advise will be really helpful
