As per report attached She is having Grade 1 inter sphinteric fistulla .Please find attached report of my wife and suggest she requires surgery or not

Normally grade 1 is not going to cause much of a trouble...
But definitely if it extends ...it can give rise to secondary fistula...
Also it depends on patients fitness and condition if she is to b takn up for surgery...
But grade 1 is less likely..
