After loose motion body ache , leg muscle cramp . Patient taken lopamide, normetrogyl plus, ORS taken loose motion thik ho geya. Currently problem body weakness, please suggest vitamin capsule

Hello Drs it's been almost a month I experienced this rash on tummy and sometimes it becomes very itchy. Can you please tell what is this and what can give relief to it.

Intially it started ( may be 2 years back ) with pain at center back of head & neck stiffness. Took MRI brain & cervical  , except for a mild degeneration its ok.Now the pain has shifted to the right back of head near ear and neck .its a  pulling pain which gets worse when im awake .also due to some dental issues , always have sensitivity in the mouth which triggers the pain.pain intensity is more when coughing , sneezing , cutting , washing clothes. Also during the bowel movement, can't do a force as the pain dominates restricting the same .pls guide

Met a minor road accident 3 days back. Got bruises/wounds on left foot, knee and elbow. I had a dressing then but then my local doctor recommended to keep the wounds open, because my foot was swelling up. But still the swelling has not reduced. And there is a lot of pain. Is it due to the external wound or should I get it xray-ed? I am taking antibiotics. My local doctor also recommended some medicines (photo attached), and told me to start it tomorrow. Kindly check once
