I take corbis 2.5 and enam 2.5... At eve today three reading in digital machine bp came 144/88 , second reading 140/79 and third came 124/80... Which reading should i trust ??

Normal blood test done. No problem in test report except Total Bilirubin is 1.28 and Direct is 0.36. Is it a cause for concern? What steps to take?

Hello Doctor I want to ask one that from past few days I am suffering from fever. I also consulted a doctor who says to me that this a viral fever eat this medicine for 5 days and you will feel relaxed. Today is the third day But even after eating the madicine iam not feeling well. I have fever daily for 2 to 3 hours in the morning, even after eating the madicine so should I do blood test and what should be done in blood test like dengue,typhoid. Please suggest me doctor.

My wife was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency in dec 2022. Her level was 14. After doctor consultation she was taking 60000 IU once a week for 3 months and in april 2023, her vitamin d level was 64. Since then she have not taken any maintenance dose of vitamin D. She is a housewife and not used to getting enough sun exposure. My query is can someone suggest a vitamin d tablet to be taken as a maintenance dose? She have started experiencing the same issues again when she was vitamin d deficient. Does vitamin d level go down if maintenance dose was not taken. As i told its been 3 months now since she completed the 3 month course of 60000 IU per week.

On June 12 my Hb was 17.1 Hematocrit 48.6 and RBC 5.63 on July 25 my Hb is 16.9 Hematocrit is 49.6 and RBC is 5.7 Peripheral Smear report is normal. I have mild itching for 10-15 mins after bath but when I apply SUTHOL liquid it doesn't itch. Is there anything to worry about ?? I don't smoke or drink...

Approx 2 months back,while bowling during cricket, the thumb of my left foot started to pain and later turned almost black/dark and the area/skin around the thumb was red.  After taking a pain killer and few days later, it stopped to pain but is still black (Pic attached). Yesterday i played again and bowled a bit, it again started to pain a bit. This doesn't happen while batting since in bowling only the first foot to land on ground is left one. This issue never came since childhood while playing. Can you please tell why is this happening and is there any simple way it can be normal again and also how can the color of thumb be same as earlier?

My father age 73 with bp and diabetese his facing problem of not able to sleep at night. He is only having sleeping problem not any anxiety issue as per doctor advised I have given him ativan 1 yesterday night around at and he slept around 12 that night after that till today he is facing sleepiness, earlier he has given zolfresh 5 ,I want to know among zolfresh5,clonozepam 0.25 , and ativan 1 which is safest for sleeping only and doesn't have after effects next day
