Flu

This is continuation of my previous post. During daytime, heart rate is 70-85. Before sleep it goes to 62-68. Even to 58. Is this normal and expected ? Have attached ECG report.

I sometimes feel a rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath. This has been happening for the past 3 weeks. Also I am feeling a loss of appetite and I am not able to sleep regularly. I am feeling insomniac.

On June 12 my count were Hb 17.1,RBC 5.63, Hematocrit 48.6 On July 25 my count were Hb 16.9,RBC 5.7,Hematocrit 49.6 My EPO test result is 6.65 mIU/ml All other things in normal range My LFT,RFT,LDH and Uric Acid also normal. I have mild itching after bath in hands and back only which subside if I use SUTHOL liquid or stand in front of FAN. Is there anything to be worried ? Am I okay doctor sir/madam ?

I have mild chest pain sometimes and swelling in my feet very often...being very dizzy whole day seems tired everytime...want to do blood test before consulting further what blood test should i go for to check my heart health and other issues...

Can we take vitamin b12 tablet daily, As in report vitamin b12 is 214 And vitamin d 26.7 As I have taken vitamin d tablet and it need to taken once in a week So can I have vitamin b12 tablet daily

I got minor chest injury in chest 65 days ago by hitting into table. On pressing injured area hard by thumb it is paining.And Muscles around the tender area does not seem as smooth as it was before. X Ray report and ceratine and uric acid blood test are totally normal.What could be the issue and how long tenderness may lie there?

A mosquito bite kind of bump is seen on my back (Size is around 20-30 mm diameter). Earlier it reduced but now that bump size is increasing. Not any pain in general but if you press then very little pain is felt. What could the reason? I have no clue what it is.
