Hello Doctor, my father is suffering from chronic sinusitis. Whenever he goes outside for a walk or to buy groceries, or get drenched in rain this affects him. At first he'll have cold along with heavy headache and then for 3 days it dulls down. Along with this he suffers from acidity. This happens only when his sinusitis occurs. Has taken Sinarest and Azee for his sinusitis and Pantakind for his acidity. Doctor please help me with a proper solution for his sinusitis.

Today while i was laying on the bed one rat bite me on neck . On may 2023 itself i took 2 took anti rabies booster dose 1st on 19th may and tetanus also and 2nd anti rabies on 23rd may . Do i need any more ?? My previous vaccine schedule In year 2021 feb i took 5 normal anti rabies vaccine and 1 tetanus shot.In September 2021 i took 2 normal anti rabies dose for dog scratch. In 2022 i got 2 booster dose 1st on 30th may and another 3-4 days after that.

Hello Doctors, I was perfectly fine since morning but around 12:30 when I lied down to rest, suddenly started feeling dizzy on getting up. I could feel as if my head was spinning anti clockwise. I was on Azithromycin for 3 days for UTI infection, last dose taken yesterday. Can I take Stugeron 25 for the dizziness or will it react with Azithromycin I took yesterday? Can we safely take Stugeron 25 after 10 or more hours of taking Azithromycin? After 5-10 mins of sitting it goes away but again when I lie down or try to get up dizziness comes back. Head is paining mildly,  at back of head and spine. Please advise.

Urologist given me oxybond tablet, i took yesterday night today afternoon I am getting diaareah... should I discontinue to tablet or proceed taking it ?
